The organisation behind the Keep BritainTidy campaign has changed its name from ENCAMS to Keep Britain Tidy, in order to raise its profile. More than four fifths of the population know the Keep Britain Tidy name, but very few have heard of ENCAMS. As well as campaigning, the organisation's work includes the Eco-Schools programme, the Blue Flag clean beach scheme, the Quality Coast Awards and consultancy with local authorities on how to reduce littering.

The idea behind the new visual identity designed by Brand Catalyst is to give flexibility and focus to future campaigns. The campaign strapline, anchored in a refreshed Tidyman icon, contains a call to action around the Keep It Tidy idea inherent within the new logo. The tone is deliberately inviting rather than finger wagging.

The Tidyman was originally created by Anheuser Busch for its beer packaging and has become a generic symbol for responsible litter disposal that is used worldwide, so while instantly recognisable it is not a unique and ownable equity.
The new identity for Keep Britain Tidy was launched on 1st June 2009.

SignHealth is the healthcare charity for profoundly Deaf people, whose first language is signing. We helped the charity to reposition itself from a charity focused on mental health to one with a broader health focus. Gaining appropriate healthcare is difficult for Deaf people because health providers have not overcome the language barrier. This problem can be as simple as making an appointment to as complicated as describing symptoms and understanding diagnoses.

The brand idea for the charity is to Energize Change between healthcare providers and their Deaf clients and to raise awareness of the relative poor health of the Deaf community because of the language barrier.
As well as the strategic repositioning we advised on the name change, created the brand idea Energizing Change and designed the full identity.
